About Me

I’ve spent almost thirty years building things.

I started as a mechanical engineer designing products and systems. Then I moved into leadership roles, building teams and commercial organizations. I always seem to find myself in the middle of launches, turnarounds, and growth phases where what looks good on paper has to survive the real world.

That’s where most of my learning came from.
From watching where strategy breaks down. From seeing what actually helps teams perform. From being responsible for results when conditions are messy and stakes are real.

These days, my work focuses on helping organizations tighten how they sell and refine what they bring to market. Through Project Fluent™ and Profit Arc™, my tried and true methodologies, I work with leaders and teams who want their businesses to run better, not just look better. Clearer priorities.
